Riding the Waves

Writing down my thoughts feels weird, but saying them out loud somehow doesn't. I've started capturing moments on the recorder I have on me at the time, and this little snippet was captured at the beginning of June just before I had a daunting appointment. I wanted to mark the beginning of a very long and painful process because I want to listen back in years to come when it's all over, to hear how I felt and what I was thinking throughout it.
