The Open Pantry Podcast is about interviewing great people who make up the hospitality industry. This was part of a podcast I did with CEO of Bluestone Lane Coffee Nick Stone about how brands pivot from the third venue. They build and build the brand in the first two sites and put all their love and attention into it, but the third site is that incredible inflextion point as to whether they grow the brand, or whether it just goes stagnant and can not grow to anymore venues.
